Fees

Fees apply to all telehealth and in-room consultations.

Payment is required in full on the day.  Medicare rebate can be claimed with a valid GP referral.

Your appointment focuses on clinical care.  Non clinical requests such as writing letters, completing forms, making phone calls, replying to emails or writing of prescriptions outside of consultation will incur a fee.  These fees are non-refundable from Medicare.

Non attendance and late cancellation policy

SMS reminders will continue to be sent prior to your booked appointment.  Should you wish to change or cancel your appointment we request at least 48 hours’ notice.  Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice or non attendance of your appointment will result in the full value of your appointment being charged.  Please note we require your non-attendance or late cancellation fee to be paid prior to rebooking another appointment.

No scripts will be issued outside of an appointment if you fail to attend.
